Sawicki 2-into-1 Cannon Exhaust - Full Length Brushed Stainless Steel Harley & Indian V-Twin

The Sawicki 2-into-1 Cannon Exhaust is a full-length system in brushed stainless steel built for Harley-Davidson and Indian V-twin riders who want a more aggressive sound and a stronger exhaust note. It uses mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, so the pipes keep a consistent bore through each bend, and the brushed finish carries Sawicki badging for a custom look.

The system is built around stepped headers, with a 1¾″ primary stepping up to 2″, which is intended to help exhaust velocity and flow. A hand-formed merge collector is used to manage scavenging, and the swept-up muffler design adds to the aggressive profile while also improving ground clearance for riders who corner hard. The construction is hand TIG welded at Sawicki's Charlotte, NC facility.

For tuning flexibility, the system accepts either 18mm or 12mm O₂ sensors. The full-length 2-into-1 layout is meant to support scavenging and a broader powerband, and the manufacturer recommends pairing the system with flat mesh race-style gaskets (not included) and a professional dyno tune to get the most from it.
