The Sawicki 2-into-1 Full Length Exhaust in big inch brushed stainless steel is a hand-built performance system for V-twin riders. It is constructed from mandrel-bent aircraft-quality stainless steel and features stepped headers and a hand-formed merge collector designed to support stronger power and torque.
Riders choose this system for its tunable billet end cap, which allows sound adjustment, and its swept-up muffler, which provides increased ground clearance for aggressive cornering. Stepped headers with 1-3/4" to 2" primary sizing help optimize exhaust gas velocity, while the hand-formed merge collector is built for precise scavenging.
The system accepts both 18mm and 12mm O2 sensors for versatile tuning options. Every unit is hand-TIG welded and made in the USA, with a laser-etched logo on the billet end cap. Weighing 17 lbs, it is built to withstand the rigors of aggressive riding.
