Sawicki's 2-into-1 full length exhaust pipes are built from 304 stainless steel and finished in brushed stainless for a custom look. Each pipe is hand-built in the USA and TIG-welded in Charlotte, NC, with mandrel-bent construction for smooth exhaust flow.
The stepped headers transition from 1¾" to 2" and feed into a hand-formed merge collector, designed for scavenging and power delivery. The swept-up muffler design provides improved ground clearance, and the serviceable baffle lets you adjust sound and perform maintenance.
The system accepts 18mm O₂ sensors directly, or 12mm sensors with the included reducers, so it works with modern engine management and tuning setups. For V-twin riders who want a raw, performance-oriented look and a handcrafted build, these pipes are a statement upgrade.
