The Sawicki 2-into-1 Mid-Length Exhaust in black ceramic is a performance exhaust system built for riders who want a stealthy, custom look alongside a more aggressive sound. Each system is handcrafted from 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded at Sawicki's facility in Charlotte, NC, with mandrel-bent construction throughout.
The design uses stepped primary tubes measuring 1¾" to 2" that feed a hand-formed 2-into-1 merge collector. This layout is intended to increase exhaust gas velocity and improve horsepower and torque across the RPM range. The mid-length design keeps the lines clean, and the system delivers a deep, aggressive V-twin growl.
The durable black ceramic coating provides a distinctive finish and enhanced heat resistance, helping the exhaust hold its look ride after ride. The system accepts both 18mm and 12mm O2 sensors, with reducers included for the smaller size. Part number 930-01227, weight 16 lbs.
