Sawicki 2-into-1 Mid-Length Exhaust - Brushed Stainless Steel - Harley Touring & Softail

The Sawicki 2-into-1 Mid-Length exhaust is a brushed stainless steel system built from hand-formed and TIG-welded 304 stainless steel. Its mandrel-bent construction and stepped headers are shaped to move exhaust through the system, and the precision merge collector is designed to increase scavenging. The result is a deep, aggressive exhaust note.

The stepped headers run from 1¾" to 2" and feed into a hand-formed merge collector, giving the system a raw, performance look. The brushed stainless steel finish keeps the mid-length profile clean, and the design clears saddlebags for a sleek appearance. A serviceable billet end cap carries a laser-etched Sawicki logo.

The system accepts both 18mm and 12mm O2 sensors, and reducers for both sizes are included. Each Sawicki exhaust is built in Charlotte, NC, with attention paid to detail. At 16 lbs, it is a solid, durable piece for riders who want more from their V-twin.
