Great helmet and value
Overall, a great helmet. Incredible features for the price point. Drop down visor is solid, chin guard is great, design and look feels premium except for maybe the visor. The airfit system is really handy as well. I wear a large in most helmets and I thought this fit great. But after 20 minutes I developed a bad headache. Not sure where it came from.

This does fit very tight around the ears and it's hard to get a finger in their to push in earplugs and such.
Scorpion exo-t520 review
This is the second Scorpion helmet I've owned and this one is true to form. There's space for a Bluetooth com and integrated speakers if so desired, air flow is more than adequate with vents in the chin and forehead open and when up to speed, face shield stays put whether up or down, integrated tinted visor is a nice touch. Comfort is very nice doesn't feel too heavy and minimal drag except when turning head to look but that's just physics, no way around that. Chin strap is very secure feeling with no discernible loosening or noise and the pump to snug up the cheek pads is a nice touch. Would solidly recommend this helmet if looking in low to midrange pricing.
520
Got this one for my friend after they tried my r1 on and like it but not the price point. They're extremely happy with this helmet, the cheek pads aren't as snug compared to the r1 so they're gonna have to look into thicker ones. But all in all solid entry level helmet good air flow, fits comfortably and maybe just a hair big on size not to the extent of wanting to go a size smaller though. Wind noise is normal, nothing crazy. As with any helmet. You're gonna have wind noise.. you are out side on a motorcycle.. but with that being said no whistling or super loud wind drag noises that'll drive you nuts going down the road .
Ok for the price.
Looks good, I like the contours of the helmet. The inner sun visor does a good job. I wear eye glasses and it is a bit difficult putting them on since the padding fits snug against my temple area. I really can't tell the difference with the chin vents on or off. Overall, for the price it's decent buy.
Kinda loud
Comparing to the memory of my accident-retired EXO-R420. Love the inflatable cheekpads, the sunvisor, the smaller shell size (@SM). But there's lots of whistling sounds that I haven't had on the cheaper model. And the visor fogs up more easily in my experience.
Very nice to wear but quite noisy even fully closed.
A bit hot in Florida, vents could be bigger and flow better
Great helmet at a great price point (CE certified!)
This is an amazing helmet. I have had it for 2 seasons now and I am so impressed. It really doesn't scratch and the flip down visor is incredible. My two complaints. I wish the chin strap was the quick release, I also wish it was better ventilated. However, the price point makes it worth it. I didn't want to spend $500 on a helmet. It's ce certified, it looks cool, and is really comfortable. For $200, this is an amazing helmet. I am a woman with a small head and bought the xs. Also it pays to measure your head. I also tried it on in the store before buying.
Solid helmet for 200 bucks
Overall good does fog a bit but not to bad good noise level and comfort
Great helmet
This is a fabulous helmet, Great price, comfortable and low wind noise. Love the interior visor and the EXO-Com system is very convenient.
Great helmet and great value, love how light and great quality
It's a great helmet for the money.
The helmet is comfortable and fits my face perfectly after the second or third time. The sun visor is a little loose, but it protects well from bright light and does not distort vision. I would have preferred a matte grey colour like the previous model, but the matte black looks very stylish too.
I have a Drag Star, so I don't go over 75mph, and the noise level is fine for me and air flow is quite good too.
Very happy ??
One of the comfortable lids I've ever owned for the price. The only complaint, I'd remove the front emblem. The S in front kinda snags on anything, especially clothing.
Scorpion helmet
Good fit and finish x com ready with clean look
EXO-T520
Very little wind noise but can definitely hear the exhaust on my m8 harley davidson. Its a little too tight with a com device, it pushes on the ears a bit too much. If the recessed part for the speakers was a little deeper and wider it would be perfect.
Almost Ruined My Night
Fits well. Feels good. I like it. 5 stars. Except for
one thing. Subtract 1star.
Riding late at night, the sun shield self deployed. Major awareness deficit. Interstate. Pulled over. The exterior lever was loose, pushed it all the way up. Okay? Not ok. Three times you're out. Next exit. See pic.
cc scorpion
The best helmet at this price point
I tried several helmets, trying to pick out the best one and this was far better than similar price points from other brands. If you're reading this, it's got the best drop-down visor, The helmet materials are comfortable? it could use more air vents? Try it out at least. I wish it was quieter, but all motorcycle helmets do about 90 DB and above so you really should be wearing plugs anyway.
Good beginner helmet but a little costly.
Definitely a very good beginner helmet for cruiser and naked bike riders. Maybe for supersport riders too but somewhere in between. A little costly but definitely a solid and lightweight helmet.
Solid performer
Good solid helmet especially for the price.
Beginner helmet
Good beginner helmet that won't break the bank. Absolutely love the sun visor working second shift. Ride in during the day and leaving at night. The wind noise is the only downside as of now after a month of daily use.
Would recommend
Second helmet I bought, I like it a lot better than the HJC C-70 I purchased prior. Great fit and feel, good ventilation, and I like the Bluetooth option. Would recommend to a friend.
Helmet is great fitment-wise, and I love the pump. Just trying to find a way to reduce wind noise from the bottom of the jawline and neck area. Really stable all around. Great helmet!
Scorpion Street Slayer
I bought this as a backup helmet for spirited street riding. I was using an Arai XD-4 as my main helmet which is great for ventilation but wanted a tighter fitting and quieter helmet for higher speeds. Even though this helmet is 1/3 the price of the Arai, I actually find it is much more enjoyable for street duty. The drop down visor is great for added versatility as sunset and occasional night riding are some of my favorite times to get on the bike. The quality and value from this helmet are astonishing for the price point. Fits true to size, I'm a Large and the cheek compressors helmet get a tailored fit for less noise. Worth every penny.
Not a fan..
Not a fan, first a disclaimer. When I ordered this I did not realize I was getting a helmet that 'pumped up', to make is snug. While this wasnt a true deal breaker for me I really didnt care for the space the pump took up in the front of the helmet. It was tight enough that my chin was touching it. I also did not like how loud this helmet is. Wind noise at +50mph is significant, enough so that communicating on the Cardo was difficult.
Unfortunately I had already installed my cardo & a chin mount before even trying it on or I would have returned it. Pulling those items off scuffed the helmet enough that I can not in good conscience return it so in the trash it goes. Lesson learned.
Great helmet
Great helmet for the price. True to size.
Fits well for me, good air flow, and sun visor is nice to have.
It's still early
Only one ride in but impressed so far
Love the fit and look of the helmet.
Great helmet!
Great helmet! It fits me well all over. The cheek pad adjustment is handy. The visor is easy to operate and snaps tight while releasing easy. The sun visor is very accessible on the fly and super helpful. The vents are also easy to switch on and off and work well. My head measures 56" and the small was too tight, but the medium fits perfect!
Awesome lid!
Hands down the most comfortable helmet I've owned, and I've tried a lot. Great airflow, comfortable in the heat, and doesn't shake the glasses off your face. Sun shield is a plus and doesn't interfere with my glasses at all. Highly recommend!
Sizes are WAAY OFF! too small
I was really looking forward to this helmet but unfortunately it couldn't work for me. The helmet itself looks an awesome and felt pretty comfortable by feel but scorpions sizes are WAAY OFF! I wear a 2XL so I ordered that and it didn't fit so I orders a 3XL and it felt smaller somehow.
Typical Scorpion success!
This helmet is yet another in line of several Scorpion helmets that I have owned over the last two decades. My main criteria for this purchase was a white helmet (highly visible, yet not quite as obnoxious as neon yellow), to also mitigate the Texas heat, that has an internal visor. Was also considering a Sedici helmet, but decided to stick with Scorpion. I was also considering a Bell helmet, as they include a MIPS slip plane, which minimizes rotational force, but it just didn't fit like the Scorpion. That this helmet has inflation bladders in the cheeks is something that I'm still getting used to. Extra credit for including emergency removal labels in case I go down that hard. Also, the weight is amazingly light. That all these features are found on a quality lid in this price range makes Scorpion a brand that I am happy to stick with.

One small nitpick, is the design. I ride an Indian Scout, with a batwing fairing, so very much an upright riding position. I noticed that this helmet is noticeably quieter when I tilt my head down a few degrees; and I'm sure it's not even noticeable to those riding sport bikes. This is not a loud helmet, by any means. And in no way a criticism of the build. Just a little heads up to anyone else riding upright, if there seems like there's more road/wind noise than you expected.
Not bad, decent comfort
The helmet is fairly comfortable but it is incredibly loud. The bluetooth set that comes with it isn't too bad but it does need "earmuffs" to enhance or at the very least better the audio coming out from the speakers.

Not a bad helmet overall but if you were to spend cash as close to this helmet's price, I recommend looking for a separate brand SPECIALLY when riding on the highway
Great for its value
It's light and fits me well. Air flow is good. Only one downside is little bit noisy after 100 km. In general it has great features for its value.
Comfort and fit
Very good quality and fit. Shield and tinted shield work great. Excellent vent, I can feel air sometimes. No fog helps. I would give 5 stars except it's not any quieter than my $69 helmet.
Comfort and quality, I give it 4 stars.
I normally don't like a full face helmet because it's get fogged up, it's hot, etc. This one is great. Breathes well on the face. Vents well on top. A little forehead sweat but I mean its a full face. What are you gonna do? Added a comm system and everything installed nicely and is all hidden. Very happy with it.
Awesome
Great Helmet! Very comfortably inner lining. Fit was good as well.
Return customer
I?m coming from a previous generation of this helmet. I chose white for higher visibility. It?s not the perfect helmet, but it is pretty darn close. It fits me like a glove, it?s fairly quiet, and fairly lightweight. The emergency release cheek pads and air bladder are great bonus features.

I installed the EXO-COM on mine, which is a basic Bluetooth comms unit made by UCLEAR specifically for the cutout in this helmet that has been reliable - just install the control/remote into the cutout top-first instead of bottom-first like the instructions say because the ?connection? is very tight and that?s the only way I could get it to click-in properly. I use it for directions and phone calls from my better half, so I can?t comment on the quality of music playback.

Overall I?m very happy.
Best helmet! Super cool
I tried this helmet and had the best experience, super comfortable and silent when vents are closed. Is also a very safe, durable helmet and the non fog and scratch feature is a win. It was very easy to install my cardo unit as well and is still super comfortable. Definitely recommended
