Vance & Hines has been building motorcycle exhaust since 1979 and has run factory-backed drag and King of the Baggers programs that feed straight back into its street products. Systems like the Torquer and the 2-into-1 designs are engineered around real dyno work, not just sound — which is why they show up on so many tuned Milwaukee-Eight and Twin Cam builds.
The Vance & Hines Big Radius full exhaust system is engineered to uncork the performance of your 2018-2022 Milwaukee-Eight Softail. This system delivers a significant increase in torque and a commanding, throaty exhaust note that sets your bike apart. It's a complete upgrade designed for riders who demand both power and signature style.
Transform your 2018-2022 Harley-Davidson Softail with the Vance & Hines Big Radius full exhaust system. Utilizing PCX™ Technology with chambered high-flow catalysts, this system is designed to optimize exhaust gas flow, resulting in increased torque across the RPM range. The result is a more responsive ride and a powerful, deep sound that embodies the V-twin spirit. Full-coverage heat shields provide a clean, custom look, making this exhaust a visual and performance upgrade.
The Big Radius exhaust system isn't just about sound; it's about making a statement. Its distinctive sweeping curves and high-quality finish elevate the look of your Softail, complementing its aggressive stance. This full system is a complete bolt-on solution designed for straightforward installation onto your Milwaukee-Eight Softail. For optimal performance and to prevent lean conditions, we recommend pairing this exhaust with a proper fuel management system and a professional dyno tune.
Will this Big Radius exhaust fit my 2017 or 2023 Softail?
No, this Vance & Hines Big Radius system is specifically engineered for 2018-2022 Harley-Davidson Softail models. Year-specific fitment is critical for proper header alignment and heat management.
Is this system compliant for use in California?
This system is 49-state emissions compliant. California buyers should verify local emissions regulations and check for any additional restrictions before purchasing.
Do I need a fuel tuner with this full exhaust system?

Made my vroom vroom more boom boom!
Looks good and sounds good. Super easy to install, save some time and money and put em on yourself.
Great sound and an increase in power. They also look great.
Great upgrade for looks and sound!!
I am shocked that more reviewers are NOT dragging these exhaust tips on turns.

I bought my 2021 FXLRS with these already on it. I like how they look but I'm not a fan of how low the tips extend. The tips are also the most decorative part of the exhaust system. The exhaust sounds very good. I haven't removed the baffles but I intend to.
