These are awesome! I purchased these mainly on price and the fact that I previously owned the short shots on a different bike. I expected decent sound based on the youtube videos that I watched. These exceeded my expectations. They are louder then i thought. The tone is a very low rumble. It sounds like a muscle car and matches the bikes character very well. The fatbob was very refined with the stock mufflers but these slipons liven the bike significantly. You wont regret it!

These pipes look fantastic on my Fat Bob 114. They also sound incredible. Nice rumble, at idle and and rpms. Guys at my local HD love the sound as well. Superb, cannot go wrong.
These slip ons sound great
Install was pretty straight forward but the directions really show you a harder way to install versus the way I did it. The way I installed these was to take the bracket off that holds the passenger foot peg off. It also serves as the bracket for holding the exhaust. Much easier to take apart and install this way<br />The sound? Ok well if you have a 2018 114ci Fat Bob you know this bike really is very quiet for such a nice motor. You really cant hear it at all with the stock mufflers. These things totally wake up this bike and transform the way it sounds and performs. It now sounds like it should have been from the factory. Its a deep sound that you can feel and it compliments this bike very well. I also have noticed the bike is smoother and doesn't seem to bog down in higher gear at lower speeds like it used to.<br />I have not done fuel or intake yet but its on the way<br />For the price you cant go wrong i think. Get it and enjoy.
Great upgrade
I purchased these with a 10% V&H sale last May and had my local Harley dealer install at same time as 1000 mile service. These are night and day different over stock slip-ons. The sounds is probably 4x louder, deeper, and more aggressive. The styling fits the look of the bike and the sounds makes it sound like it should without being obnoxious and without doing a full new exhaust. Might be the single best upgrade I've done to the bike!
Big improvement over stock
The V&H slip ons look so much better than the stock exhaust. The bronze color in the logo matches perfectly to the bronze stock header pipes The sound adds rumble, but not to the level of an ear numbing full stage 1. It's a nice compromise of sound. Quality is great.
Great sounding slip ons
Easy install, good instructions (videos on YouTube also). Nice deep rumble, 10x better than stock. Not obnoxiously loud. Definitely like the black instead of the oem silver. Very happy with purchase.

Fantastic exhaust
Couldnt ask for anything more. Easy install, deep aggressive tone at idle and cruising. If you are looking for a top quality exhaust slip on this is what Id recommend
Absolutely worth every penny
I went with slip ons to avoid ruining my warranty. I was hesitant bc I wanted better sound than the stock exhaust and didnt know if slippns were the way to go. I was blown away with the sound difference. Sounds so throaty and mean but not obnoxious loud. The style is exactly what I wanted and the quality is top notch. 5 stars here love my Harley even more now

2022 Fat Bob - V&H > Stock
Excellent look, excellent sound. Couldn't ask for more. Light years ahead of the stock mufflers on the '22 Fat Bob.

The factory mufflers are horrible, as you know if you're looking at this item. What a difference! Installation was easy once I got factory mufflers off. One was really on there, I had to pry open the end closures, the other wiggled off quite easily. High quality as expected, and a surprisingly deep, low rumble!
