About Fat Bob Brakes
The Fat Bob list leans on two ideas: Lyndall rotors with distinctive shapes and Hawg Halters calipers. Lyndall Brakes shows its 9 Spoke Bow Tie 11.8 inch rotors in black and silver and B-52 Crown Cut rotors in 11.5 inch for the rear. Hawg Halters adds front 4-piston left-hand kits with 11.5 inch rotors, a rear caliper kit written for 2018 and later Softails, and a radial bracket for 108mm mounting.
Pad choices
Pads come from Harddrive in sintered form, and from EBC as V-Pads semi-sintered, Double-H sintered and standard Double-H sintered versions for Softail. EBC also sells Street brake rotors in floating and standard styles. A Goodridge ABS adapter and Cycle Pro seal kits fill the service side.
The tags stretch from 2009 to 2023, which pulls in multi-fit Touring, Softail and Dyna listings alongside bikes made for the Softail Fat Bob. If your bike is a 2018 or newer Fat Bob, prefer titles with Softail or Milwaukee-Eight. The page has some master cylinder items, but they are not its main feature.
Prices run from $7 for Harddrive hardware to just under $1,000 for the largest Hawg Halters kit. Lyndall rotors range from about $62 to $710, and the EBC pad and rotor items fall between $44 and $413, so the page covers a basic pad swap or a complete braking overhaul.
