About Road Glide Exhaust

Cobra makes up most of this collection, with slip-on mufflers in 3-inch RPT and NH, 4-inch Race-Pro and Groove Tip, and 4.5-inch PowrFlo and Uppercut shapes, mostly in chrome or black. Sawicki adds 2-into-1 systems in brushed stainless that sit at the top of the price range, above $2,300. At the low end are DEI heat shield liner kits plus small Harddrive flange hardware.

Two engine generations in one list

Fitment tags on these listings run from 1998 to 2026, and the product names show the split: some Cobra pieces say Milwaukee-Eight, others say Touring 1995-2016 or Twin Cam. The PowerPort dual headpipes, for example, are listed for 2009 to 2016 touring bikes. The Road Glide hangs its fairing from the frame, so nothing in an exhaust order touches the fairing, but bag clearance still depends on muffler size. Read the dimensions in each listing and compare them with your saddlebags.

Any change to the exhaust also changes fueling, so plan on a fuel tune from the tuning devices range. These mufflers and systems are sold for off-road and closed-course use only.

Road Glide Exhaust FAQ

Will a Road Glide slip-on clear my saddlebags?
That depends on the muffler diameter, its length and the bag style on your bike. The Cobra listings put the muffler size in the name (3, 4 or 4.5 inch), so compare that with your bags, and send us your year and bag type if you want a second opinion before you order.
Why do some Road Glide exhaust listings say 1995-2016 and others say Milwaukee-Eight?
Those are separate engine generations with different pipe and mounting layouts. Choose the listing that names your generation, and check the year range on the product page.
What are the Harddrive pieces in this Road Glide list?
They are a chrome mounting flange kit with hardware and a pack of retaining rings, both small items that help when you are fitting pipes to a V-twin.
How is a Sawicki 2-into-1 different from a Cobra slip-on?
A Cobra slip-on swaps the mufflers only. The Sawicki 2-into-1 systems merge both pipes into one, so they replace much more of the stock exhaust and cost considerably more.
