Vance & Hines is one of the best-known names in Harley performance, and this page lists every Vance & Hines product in the catalog in one place. The range is exhaust and intake, with fitments from Dyna and Softail to Sportster and the Milwaukee-Eight touring bikes.

Exhaust

Slip-on mufflers include the Twin Slash in 3 inch and 4 inch round styles for Milwaukee-Eight Softail and Touring, Hi-Output slip-ons in dark chrome for Touring from 1995 to 2016, and the Razorback 450. Full systems include Big Shots for Dyna 1991 to 2005, Big Radius for Dyna 2006 to 2009 and Twin Cam Softail, and the Supersport 2-into-1 for Milwaukee-Eight Touring. Headers, adapters, Power Duals adapter kits for Trike and 18mm oxygen sensor plugs complete the exhaust list.

Air intakes

Short ram intakes are the largest group, including VO2 and VO2 X, Radiant III and V, Cage Fighter and VO2 Cage Fighter, and Blade for Sportster. Each is listed for specific Touring, Softail or Sportster years and for Twin Cam or Milwaukee-Eight.

Fitting and tuning

Exhaust and intake fitment varies with engine generation and model year. Check the engine type and whether your bike has ABS or specific heat shields. These parts change airflow, so a fuel-injected bike generally needs a tune from engine management. Exhaust and intake parts are sold for off-road and closed-course use only.
