About Vance & Hines Road King Exhaust

Touring exhaust is the core of the Vance & Hines range for the Road King. Slip-ons include Twin Slash round mufflers for 1995-2016 bikes, Eliminator, Torquer 450, Razorback 450 and Blackbird 450, and 2-into-1 designs include the Supersport and VS-6. Full systems come as Pro Pipe, Big Radius and Hi-Output RR, with Power Duals and Dresser Duals headers for Milwaukee-Eight baggers. Small items add 304 stainless steel heatshields, an exhaust hardware kit and a FuelPak FPX tuner.

Checking fitment on the Road King

The Road King is a Touring model with a different fairing arrangement from the baggers, but exhaust fitment is the same across the family, so the year span and engine name decide. Twin Cam parts will not suit a Milwaukee-Eight bike. These products are sold for off-road and closed-course applications only.

Visit the Vance & Hines brand page for every line, open Road King parts for the bike, or use Road King exhaust to compare other makers.

Vance & Hines Road King Exhaust FAQ

Which Vance & Hines slip-ons suit an older Road King?
Twin Slash Round Slip-On Mufflers are titled for Touring 1995-2016 and Hi-Output Dark Chrome slip-ons carry the same span. Newer listings say Milwaukee-Eight.
Why is a FuelPak tuner on an exhaust page?
The FPX is listed for Touring with year spans such as 2014-2020, so it carries the Road King in fitment. It adjusts fuel after exhaust changes, and the listing explains its use.
Are the heatshields universal?
They are titled 304 Stainless Steel Heatshields for Touring rear exhaust. Check the listing for the pipe style they cover.
