About Vance & Hines Road Glide Exhaust & Intakes

This page now covers both halves of the Vance & Hines range for the Road Glide: exhaust and air intakes. Slip-on mufflers include Twin Slash, Eliminator, Torquer 450, Blackbird 450 and Razorback 450, with 2-into-1 Supersport and VS-6 slip-ons beside them. Complete systems are Pro Pipe, Big Radius and Hi-Output RR, and Power Duals and Dresser Duals are the header options. A FuelPak FPX tuner, an exhaust hardware kit and 304 stainless steel heatshields support the exhaust, while Falcon, Radiant V, Cage Fighter and VO2 families cover the intakes.

Checking fitment on the Road Glide

Read the engine name and year span in every title. Twin Cam parts carry spans such as Touring 1995-2016 and 2008-2016, and Milwaukee-Eight parts are written for the later bikes. A slip-on swaps only the mufflers, whereas a full system replaces the pipes too. Exhaust, intakes and tuners are sold for off-road and closed-course use only, and the product notes mention when a tune is advised.

Every other line is on the Vance & Hines brand page. For the bike as a whole open Road Glide parts, and compare pipes from other makers on Road Glide exhaust.

Vance & Hines Road Glide Exhaust & Intakes FAQ

Is exhaust listed here as well as intakes?
Yes. This page now includes slip-ons, headers and full systems along with the air intakes, all listed for Road Glide fitment.
Which Vance & Hines exhaust is for a Twin Cam Road Glide?
Look for Twin Cam or a Touring year span such as 1995-2016 in the title, for example the Twin Slash round slip-ons. Milwaukee-Eight titles are written for the later engine.
Do I need a tuner after changing the exhaust or intake?
The product notes say when a tune is advised. A FuelPak FPX tuner is listed here for Touring bikes with year spans in the title.
